Ford Fiesta 6000 CD RDS E-O-N?

Hi! Only had car a week & cam belt needed changing - so battery was disconnect. Now my radio is asking for a code, have original book with key code but now its slowly counting down from 30 mins. When I put it on it says "532 1AMS". Serial number - M020831. Should Key Code be 4183? Is this radio faulty? Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated!!
