Indesit dishwasher not washing properly model DG 6100W?

Helen is right, another thing to try also is this... remove the top basket and on the back wall of your dishwasher is a fixing nut (white plastic) with a black rubber flange. Sometimes this wears (the rubber splits) so the top basket doesnt slide in properly stopping the top arm rotating, awkward to describe but stick your head in the dishwasher and you will see what i mean!

REmove the baskets and take the spray arms off -and make sure they don't have food bits stuck in the holes- you will probably find that one of the holes is blocked. Rinse them and use a skewer or knitting needle to clear the holes . Also make sure you have enough rinse aid in- my D6100W deposits bits in the cups when the rinse aid runs out.
