Hi.
The noise you can hear is coming from the clutch assy.
Unfortunately you require a new clutch.
If you are in the UK you can purchase the clutch from most vacuum repair shops.
You can then fit it & save loads of money.
You can find instructions on fitting the Dc04 clutch on Ebay UK
