Could be a few things. Has any of the cabling or devices been disturbed? Is it showing a particular zone? If so find out where the zone is and physically check cable particularly if it runs under carpet and across door ways. Check devices to make sure lids are fitted correctly (and main panel / keypad) You really need a manual (or an alarm engineer) to point you in the right direction.
