Blower 2oo2 citroen c5 estate 2ltr hdi?

fitted new resister pack 2008 ac worked fine in auto. last week suddenly the blower stopped working again blower indicator went to off possition and will not now switch on. tried a new resistor pack no difference. could it be the blower motor or is there something else i should be looking at.
