Same thing happened to me. Called out the service guy and he replaced the thermostat. Worked for about a year then happened again. Lot of people with the same problem so could be a problem with this fridge. Looking for a different fridge.

I have the same problem and I'm currently working on this one. It appears to be connected with the cold drawer light switch. I'll get back to you if I crack it ;-)
