Mend Bosch 0445010092 Diesel Pump Leaking

corsa diesel pump leaking?

I have a Bosch diesel fuel pump no: 0445010092 for z13dt corsa cdti. It appears to be leaking from a gasket under 1 of the 3 covers that surround the pump, held by 4x torx bolts. Is it straight forward to replace the gasket? if so, where can I get one from?

just had the same problem, you can get a kit to fix this take it to a good diesel pump (bosch) man and he will fit it test it for around 80 quid, took mine off the engine myself just remove pipes and the unit cap behind it and undo the three screws and give it a pull. simple

Apparently the pump body warps over time and has to be reconditioned, so the only option is a replacement.
