Mend Singer CE-250 Hand Wheel Switch

I have a Singer Futura CE-250 with a very tight hand wheel?

Like the subject says. It is very tight, also the feed dog switch does not seem to work anymore. Is there anywhere on the web I can look for exploded views of the machine? Any advice?

Sounds like a cotton jam, check the raceway thoroughly, go to www.tandtrepair.com for exploded view.
