how can I reboot my nef washer (f23 code)?

Neff wmn50 integrated washer shows f23 code ,
Have removed item trapped in door , but code still appears.
Is There a reboot button ?

We had the F23 problem tonight. Followed instructions from Kirsty and husband - drying out the bottom of the machine etc. Machine is now working, thanks.

Kirsty and husband were quite right. Any water in the base of the machine will cause a polystyrene float to rise operate a micro switch which stops water entering the machine and keeps the pump running and puts up error code F23

Hi, my husband just solved this problem on our machine. Isolate from the mains and remove the panel on the front bottom on the machine - need a star key to get it off. Inside there is a round plastic thing with 2 wires coming out of it - that is a float switch. We dried out the bottom of the machine with towels an carefully dried the float switch. This solved the problem.
