Bosch WKF2801 washing machine wont spin but completes cycle?

WKF2801 washing machine wont spin but completes cycle.
the machine runs through cycles but only rotates drum at slow speed, doesnt move to slow or fat spin. takes in water and drains. Timer display and light indicators show it moving through stages and conuntdown ok.
