upvc door?

Hi sounds like when the door was installed they screwed the middle of the frame to tight causing a bowing of the frame.What i would do is unscrew the fixings pack out the frame from the wall with plastic packers or something similar using a large level or straite edge to make sure is no longer bowed and then retighten fixings.other possibility is center flag hinge needs to be wound over towards the handle side.hope this helps
