zanussi fridgefreezer cold freezer but not in fridge,zk 57/38r?
the fridge section of our ZK57/38R (at the top) is not getting cold even with the stat turned up full to 6,but the freezer section (bottom) is icing up, but i dont know it getting cold enough. the product number ends in 01 but we dont know how old it is , cant really afford to spend too much on it hope it might be something simple , be greatful for any advice.thanks.
this could be a multitude of sins causing this problem. non of which are going to be easy to fix and will be costly to get someone in to repair.your serial number is what helps with age.01 is just a version number
