How can I fix my Glow-worm 18HXI boiler?
Boiler just stopped last night, no green light and no red fault light, found the reset instructions tried this the green light comes on for a few seconds with a whirring noise then nothing. We have no heating and no hot water, Tried reset several times to no avail, can you help all the plumbers not returning calls or too busy to even come out.
