Mend Hitachi HB-B201 Replaced Turn Manually

how can I fix my breadmaker?

My Hitachi HB-B201 broke the belt after I tried to use it after a few years. Replaced the belt, but know the belt does not turn when on does turn manually when I take the bottom off. The part at the bottom of the bread pan does not turn. It does bake does not knead. Where can I take it to get fixed.
