Mend Prestige Refrigerator Cooling Repair

Prestige Refrigerator freezing cold and warm at the same time?

My Prestige refrigerator is freezing solid everything on the bottom shelf and not cooling on the top. It seems that the fan is not running (turning). I'm wondering how to check on the fan's switch. I suppose that if I knew how to repair the sensor or the switch to the fan, I could solve this problem. Thoughts??
