Freezer freon Pressure?

I need to know what the operating pressures should be on a GE residentual upright freezer with 134a when it has reached operating tempertures of 0 to -10 degrees. Model # FUF20DABRWH. While the compressor is running the line to the inside coil is freezing up and will defrost when off.
