When heater is on and I try to to run hot water in taps, the heater goes off and the taps discahrge cold water. The heater works fine when no hot water is running.
Diaphragm worn or in bits in diverter valve, not enough water pushing against diaphragm to activate the flow switch to kick the burner in. Switch hot on full and then make the flowswitch/ microswitch work with a screwdriver, if burner kicks in you know flow switch ok and diaphragm is faulty.

baxi 80e combi , no hot water, heating is working fine. as soon as u slower the flow of the hot water at the tap, i do get some hot water though burner keeps cutting off,, at full flow rate burner doesnt cut of but get no hot water at all at the tap, please advice how to mend this problem
