04 megane not starting just clicking and check roll bar on dash?

04 renault megane cabriolet has not been driven for 2 weeks due to snow tried to start and only makes a clicking sound for 3 to 4 seconds them stops but does not turn over and "check roll bar" warning on dash comes up can not get auto gear box to neutral to tow to mechanics so phone him he said check battery was low so charged up battery tried to start but still clicking and still not turning over can any one help
