Megane cuts out when I turn on the window wipers, indicators or hazards?

my megane 1.6 1998 starts ok and is running well but when I turn on the indicators, window wipers or hazard lights the engine cuts out. Total loss of power. checked the fuses and all are ok. can anyone help with a solution?
