Vaillant Vaillant combi 2003 Heating, Home Heating Systems Combi Boiler Water Pressure Vaillant

look under bottom of the boiler for the filling loop, a silver braided pipe with taps mounted on either ends or quick turn screwdriver slots. Turn both taps ON 90 degree's watch the gauge do not let go past 1.5 bar on the gauge turn OFF BOTH TAPS
Note
some installers remove both the pipe and tap heads
