My tv will not turn on(it trys then the light blinks?)?

I thought it was the fuses but it was not the problem any help would be great!!

Possibly, the power supply is tripping because the power supply is cycling on/off due to a fault, often because of a short circuit in the TV.

On some TV's the number of times or frequency that the light blinks, will give an engineer some indication of the area/type of failure.

Either way you need to call out an engineer.
