Mend Diplomat ADP8224 Dishwasher Repair Heating Element

repair help - ADP8224 not heating water?

Diplomat 8224 has error code E3. Says not heating water which suggests replace heating element. How can I check that is what is needed and if so where can I get repair manual for instructions how to do it?
