Mend Renault Clio II Fault Help Battery

renault clioII T reg fault with immobiliser?

Help !!! I have a renault clioII on a T reg
the battery went flat flat and now the immobiliser wont turn off the door locks work so cant start the f**king thing. I cant find the control unit its not in the roof or in the bulk head, all the earths seam to be ok
Can anyone help
