Mend Whirlpool Dishwasher Cleaning Properly

How can I fix my whirlpool dishwasher?

My dishwasher is not cleaning properly, I have tried cleaning the filter and the washer jets but this hasnt worked, everything seems fine and the cycles run but when you open the door at the end of the cycle the pots are still dirty!
