How to dectivate my central locking system?

Hello,I have maruti wagon -R fitted with nippon central car locking system.During these chilly winters when i tried to open my car with central locking remote control ,it did not open with either remote control.i opened with key & it started making noise & i have to disconnect the siren.the car did not started,because the system was still activated ,as the lights were still blinking,The mechanic on his arrival removed all the wires,& the car started but the lights were still blinking showing that alarm was still activated.please tell me how to decativate this locking so that i dont have same problem again.
