Bosch Dishwater wont fill up with water?

The process of the machiene is such. The power is turned on then the inlet fill solinoid valve recieves an open signal. It duly opens and fills to a level then closes and the dishes gets washed. If the solinoid valve does not get a signal then it does not open. If the solinoid valve is faulty then it does not open. If the in-line fine filter is blocked or water feed blocked or pipe kinked then it will not fill. Check these first then if OK you way need a new solinoid valve
