Kirby G4 vibrations, loud!!!, burning smell?

My G4 recently started vibrating and became very loud. It also creates a burning smell. Has anyone else heard of this?
It happens when upright or set up with hose attachment.
Is a repair manual available?

Sounds like mine when a belt was worn out. Change the belt and see what happens. I still need a repair manual. My fan broke and need to fix it.
