How can I tighten the tension on the arms on the Proform Crosswalk?
We have a Proform Crosswalk that we inheirited when my dad passed away. It's several years old. The Proform Crosswalk has the moving arms. The arms have totally lost their tension. I've tried tightening the plastic fitting on the bottom left but it doesn't help. Any suggestions on how to retighten? Are there pads inside that need replaced? Thanks.
