washing machine just rotating one way and the other?

our Bosch Classixx 1000 froze in the cold weather. Now it has defrosted, we put on a load and all seemed well. Came to get the washing out and it is still quite wet. Put washing on again to re launder and the drum just rotates one way, then the other. Has our washing machine died?
