nsm satellite 200 juke box?

when the records are playing they wobble excessively and if you apply slight pressure on the arm the record runs correctly and plays 100%, is the problem on the outer plastic disc that rests on the record should the centre shaft be solid on the shaft or loose, or am i looking at the wrong area
