Mend Zanussi TC485w Doesnt Dryer Work

why doesn't my tumble dryer work properly?

I have a Zanussi condenser tumble dryer TC485w that's about 10 years old and it will only operate with cold air even when you use any setting eg cottons so clothes won't dry and when you open the door before cycle has finished the drum is still going around-can I fix this?
