Mend Triton Shower Leaking

triton shower cuts out?

i turn shower on at pull cord then turn on shower it goes for a bit but then stops all power lights are on,after a few minutes it comes back on i noticed water leaking from main water suply pipe which goes into the shower could this be the reason for it cutting out.
