Mend Belling DB40S Oven Appliance Heating

My belling fan oven heats up, but the fan doesnt work!?

i have an integrated belling stainless steel single fan oven. it heats up fine - but the fan has decided not to work anymore.
Am i right in thinking the problem is with the fan motor?

yes,new motor required.Ihave tried just oiling bearings ie wd 40 etc lasts for 2 or 3 times and then stops again
