I had my coffee maker a month also and at first it worked but after a month it start goofing up. It takes an hour to brew a pot of coffee. I bought this coffee maker because I did not have the money to buy a $40.00 one. This economy is to bad and people like myself spend their hard earned money on a product that should work (not don't work). A mad and angry consumer.
See how long it takes with no coffee in the chamber. If it is much faster, the coffee may be ground too fine. Then ask your supplier for a coarser grind.
