Hotpoint hss25gfpjww?

the side by side will not dispense water or ice on door, the light on the selector button dims when pressed then it returns to full brightness

Had the same problem a year ago and I called GE for repair.

It was a circuit board issue of some sort and even though I was past a year of owning, repairs were covered under the 5 year limited warranty (though I still had to pay $75 trip charge).
