I have the exact same problem as Simon. I have tried all the usual things, but no result.

The problem that Simon and I have is that our phones the v850a is stuck on 'line in use' and nothing I do gives me a line, so I can't use my phone or receive calls. Appreciate any help you can give. Many thanks
