Paragon plus alarm keeps going off?

Day and supply button are on and alarm and p.a button keeps going off, will only reset after putting code in, but then goes off ten minutes later.. HELP my neighbours are going crazy....

Quickest option would be to open up the panic button and there should be two wires under seperate screws, disconnect these from panic button and twist together, there may be another 2 wires for the tamper side but in most panic buttons I've seen these are already twisted together.
