worcester Greenstar Ri boiler - problems?

hi.my heating keeps turning off .the blue light is on and not flashing if i turn it off for a good while sometimes it comes back on but today its not .any ideas please

I am not able to get hot water or heating at the moment. The light on the boiler is permanently blue at the moment and is not flashing. The times set for heating and water are set correctly on Honeywell timer and thermostat battery is not faulty.
Previous I was getting heating but no hot water and have only been able to get hit water by turning on the Emerson heater. Any assistance/advice would be so appreciated.

hi hot water is working but when you turn heating on it wont fire the ignition up any suggestions please.

We have just had a smiliar problem. There is a drain pipe from the bottom of the boiler which goes outside into a drainpipe bucket. It is copper and the water inside had frozen. Had to pour boiling water on the copper pipe and use a hairdryer inside to warm the pipe. the ice fell out of the pipe. I've now lagged the pipe with cotton wool and bubble wrap as B&Q have sold out. Boiler working again now.
