Mend Vaillant VCW GB 240H Boiler Ignition Microswitch

vaillant combi mind of its own?

I have a vaillant vcw gb 240h dos,nt ignite up when set for on time although controller is ok and pump kicks in.micro switch wont latch & start burner after a while when i try again it works? some times the pumps runs on indefinately after timed out?any ideas?
