Hi Louisa, don't know the make so I don't know if it has a reset button. It sounds like either your thermostat or heating element has gone. The only way to know which and for sure is to check them. Before opening up the appliance make sure it has been unplugged from the power supply. If you know someone with an AVO meter friend /family then these are simple to check. Spare parts sites have been recommended on this site by others so you should be able to get it repaired for a reasonable cost if new parts are required. If the thermostat should be gone just make sure you trying resetting it before buying a new one. There's usually a hole on the back of the thermostat that if you push an object gently into it will click it back into place if not totally broken. You will hear it clicking into place if this is the case. Checking with the AVO meter (zero reading) will confirm it has worked. With the heating element there's usually visual signs if it has burned out.
