Mend Toastmaster 1195 Fuse Dead Plug

fuse in Toastmaster 1195?

My breadmaker has gone totally dead. My theory is a blown fuse, and indeed, there's a plug on the main circuit board labeled "FUSE" that tests as open with a meter. Does anyone know if there IS a fuse? Is it replaceable? Where is it sold?
