upvc window ajustment?

hi there draft through sash (opening part) there are roller catches on the sash or there is an adjustment screws on the frame catches. they are eccentric you turn they move in and out careful adjustment will stop the draft.
Between the frame and wall? you need some one with experience to remedy that, could be fixed with a gap filler
