Mend Sportscraft TX 455 Clicking Loud Sound

How do I get rid of the clicking noises in my treadmill?

Our TX 455 treadmill by Sportscraft, makes a loud clicking sound when we use it. It sounds as if something is stuck in the belts or it needs oil. Either way I'm afraid its going to something is going to overheat. I think it needs to be cleaned but I do not know where to get started.
