Mend Hotpoint RLA81P Fridge Thermostat Appliance

my hotpoint fridge keeps freezing up?

i replaced the thermostat on my hotpoint RLA81P fridge, but this has not stopped it from freezing up at the back of the fridge, does anyone know what is causing this to happen?

Not an answer but I also have the same problem. Have just had a new thermostat fitted which has not solved the problem. Am getting fed up with throwing food away

you dont say how old the fridge is.have you noticed that the compressor motor runs all the time or longer than normal .have you checked that the door seals are closing tightly also check that the interior lamp isnt staying on after the door is closed.it could be needing gas.
