Don't forget that coffee is not brewed to anywhere near boiling. Typically the range is around 80 degress give or take. Anything more than this will burn the coffee.
Most coffee machines make espresso coffee which is designed to be drunk as a shot. If you make a longer coffee in any of these machines then the temp will be lower.
