Mend Bose 3-2-1 System Problems Work

How can I fix my Bose 3-2-1 System?

I have a Bose 3-2-1 System that I am having problems with. The DVD/CD tray will not open. It makes a noise every time I try to get it to work. I currently have a DVD inside the Bose System. How do I get the DVD to open and eject?
