Adjust a PVC door tight against th frame?

I need some help in adjusting my PVC door. The door locks, opens and closes fine with no problems the issue is the door does not sit tight against the frame and therefore there is a draft. The issue is on the hinge side of the door only.

I dont need to adjust the door vertically or horizontal just adjust it so that it is closer to the frame.

The hinge has one big allen key bolt and two smaller allen key bolts but I have no idea what does what.

Any help appreciated.
