Mend Dell E510 Power Supply Problem

dell power supply problem?

i have a dell e510 dimension desktop. Recently, i had a power supply problem and Dell told me to buy a new power supply to replace which i did. After installing the new one, the computer worked perfectly normal for a day and a half, and now my computer wont turn on again. i dont understand whats happening, its definitely a power supply problem though, any advice?
