Replacing grill energy regulator belling 932 farmhouse?

Hi
I have a belling farmhouse 932 dual fuel, the grill energy regulator is faulty due to heat from oven with faulty seal. Have found a spare one I think but how do you get to regulator and are they easy to replace.
