moffat dryer won't heat?

my model RHDSR37EH1WW moffat electric dryer won't heat.
It's connected to a breaker box which switches up to run the air conditioner, and down to run the dryer. From there it goes to an outlet. I can't find a fuse for it though.
The dryer runs, it just won't heat.
